How do we auto calculate end date for an absence

Hi There,
i have below requirement to auto populate the end date for the Absence. This is for Mexico region, Every time a male employee has a new born, he will be entitle to take 5 days off
When employee's children are born or employees adopt and infant, they can enjoy 5 days with full salary. End date must be automatically calculated by the system and no shorter periods can be taken. That is if I start a leave on today and 5th working day should be populated as end date for the absence holidays must be excluded.
Please advise with a solution to the requirement.
