Can requestor' s assignment grade be used as a condition in ProjectTimeCardApprovalELA Rule?

Hello,

At this moment, we have no limitations in terms of who can log overtime hours and we also have a single level of approval for everybody, which is the PM.

We need to change this for the employees who have senior grades (above a certain level).  If they register overtime hours, there should be enabled two layers of approval: the PM and the LM.

The grades are kept at employees assignment level and we would need to use them in defining a new project time card approval rule which evaluates the condition described above.
