I need to know if there is any way that we can hide Executive performance evaluations for anyone who has access to see their employment record.  For example:  we have an HR Director who can see Executive's employment and compensation information but we do not want this Director to see the performance reviews.

Is this possible?  Any guidance will be helpful.
