Life event Fast Formula not getting trigger.

Hi Experts,

we have requirement that when a person reaches age 65 the life event should trigger. so through fast formula we trying it but it is not getting triggered, when we run Evaluate process. Below is FF. Please suggest if something wrong in FF.

And am also not sure testing process, Please share any Doc related this testing process.
