Anyone have experience using HCM Onboarding with Taleo interface?

Hello,

We are currently using several products from the HCM suite including Core HR.  Taleo interfaces with HCM via TCC and HDL.  We have the ability to create checklists in HCM, but notifications aren't being sent out when data is imported into HCM via HDL.  Has anyone tried using HCM onboarding with Taleo's interface, and if so, are there any tips/tricks/best practices?
