Performance Document Manager not able to see Performance Document

Peformance Document Manager that is not the current manager does not have a way to see the performance document

Hi,

We have the scenario where other than the current Manager is the Performance Document manager.

We have not being able to find a way for the Performance Document Manager to access the Performance Document in progress, they can't see it from:

- My Team -> Performance Overview

- Me -> Goals and Performance -> Feedback Request

They're not even able to see the name of the employee in those options.

 

Any idea where they could access it from?
