Unable to Add Text Box in Mobile UI Pages under Performance Document

under Mobile UI Pages, we have to create a Text Box to represent a Description for different evaluate topic sections in a Performance Document to summarize the information related to Performance Document section, which is not able to do. where as we have successfully created the same in Brower pages.
