How to generate parallel approval of time card to 2 different types of managers?

I have a requirement to generate a parallel approval (of time card) to respective Line Managers and Time Managers.

Either of the managers can approve the transaction. 

Note: Time manager (is a different role than LM) and is assigned at assignment level for all employees.

 

Note: I did find that for same manager role, parallel approval is possible, but here they are 2 different roles.
