If an employee has two part-time assignments and is eligible to accrue time off in both assignments, the employee will be enrolled in the absence plan twice. However, the issue is that the accrual rate should be prorated in both instances using the working hours of each respective assignment. Currently, the accrual proration rule FTE calculate the proration using the primary assignments hours and update the two balances with the same amount.
