Hi Guys
in our customer the process of Performance process will be be handled by the Direct manager BUT For ~300 employee that peformance evaluation will be be handled NOT Buy the Direct Manager . the Form will be directed to a different manager to evaluate this employees.
during the process this unique managers will also need to assign Goals for the Next Year.
Can we have a different person and not the Direct manager to assign Goals to employees?
when you create a peroframnce plan you can direct it to a different manager then the Direct manager
