Is Goal Weight enabling still available on performance document?

After 20B upgrade, we do not see Goal weight feature on performance document while adding goal via Performance document.

We are in 20B version & kicking off our performance cycle next week but unable to enable goal weight while creating a goal on performance document.  We had it last year when we were in previous version.  is this feature still available? we have it enabled in goal management so when employee creates any goal via goal management, goal weight sums up to 100.  however, if the goal is created via Performance, there is no place to enter the weight.  Any advise/help would be highly appreciated.
