We are facing an issue where an EE has a life event to gain a dependent. They added a child and we are being faced with an issue where it is requiring them to submit an EOI for their spouse life coverage (which hasn't changed and shouldn't trigger new EOI). They had provided an EOI years back and I believe it must have been completed in the system.

Is there somewhere I can look to see when this previous EOI was received and processed?
