EL Expression to display text on 'Add Goal' page only

EL Expression to display text on 'Add Goal' page only

We'd like to add some text that is specific to adding a goal.  We've added a text box to the page, but the text also displays when editing an existing goal (and the text really doesn't make sense when looking at the details of an existing goal).  Does anyone know if there is an EL Expression that can be used to isolate the Add Goal page vs. the "normal" goal details page (when looking at an existing goal)?
