We run the Goal Plan process and the Manage Eligibility Batch Process the last week of September. We run the processes with a Effective as of Date "Current Date", with the Performance Document Start Date of Oct. 1 and Create Eligible performance document yes. This allows us to see all the documents created in the system prior to Oct 1 and complete an audit that all documents were assigned to who we expect them to be assigned.
However, Oct 1. is a day were a lot of organizational changes occur so supervisors are changed with an effective date of Oct. 1. When we run the performance process it is assigning it to their old supervisor, not the supervisor that will be effective Oct. 1.
