Updating Notification and Print Templates - How to Get Reference of Bookmark Text?

Hello!

I am trying to update the print template for performance document. The Employment Details section references the Job for the employee and is the out of the box Job field. I am trying to replace it with the Assignment Name field, which ties to Business Title. Navigating the template, double clicking on the field brings up the Text Form Field editor. The field it grabs from is referenced in the Bookmark field and is called "Text860." 

I am trying to find a list of the fields that translates what that Bookmark list references. I have tried looking through the manual and searched the knowledge database but no luck.
