Performance Document's DFF's Number Should be hidden.

Summary

I have enabled the DFF on the performance document it was LOV 1, 2 ,2 and along with respective description , Costumer want to hide/mask the number and show up the only despcrption

Dear Experts,

I have got the requirement on the performance document where DFF has two numeric values along with description, these values(1,2,3) are getting calculated on final rating (Overall Summary) so, the customer wants to get it hidden.

 

Please help to achieve this requirement. Please find the attachment of that DFF.
