Hi -

We are facing an issue where some employees are not receiving performance documents. We have confirmed in the environment they ARE eligible for the documents, have line managers, and have not had any recent changes in their person management that would change eligibility. Can anyone help us understand why they are still not receiving the appropriate performance documents? Thank you!
