Goals updates are entered and few weeks/days after they disappear

Hello,

We have some complaints about the users have been entered goal updates, and now when they are checking back (after days/weeks) they are not able to find these updates. We have turned on the responsive pages, then got the 20C.

Is there anyone else who are experiencing this?
