Old/Previous Year Competencies still being loaded into Performance Documents

Hi all,

We are currently having an issue with old competencies being loaded in our current year Performance Documents.

We currently use a Model Profile (organization based) that loads competencies into Performance Documents.As we enter a new year we removed some no longer applicable competencies, deleted entirely, from two Model Profiles and replaced them with new competencies.However, when we create our Performance Documents... now both the old competencies (no longer in the Model Profile) and the new competencies appear for the employees in those two organization Model Profiles.
