Essential Job Duties in Performance Documents

is there an automatic way to pull job essentials skills from Job Descriptions into peformance review documents?

We are currently configuring our PM system for the first time.  In Healthcare, Joint Commission requires that all employees are evaluated against essential and specific job duties.  Our job descriptions list those essential duties and are being pulled into all employee job profiles.  we are wondering if there is a way to pull those essentail duties into the performance documents?    

the pull into requitions in ORC just wondering if there is a way from them to pull into review docs as well?
