I'm new to the Talent module and just getting starting.

Content

I was wondering if there are any top tips or things to look out for?  I am working through the validation and making sense of how it all fits together and in what order.  Will be using Goals, Annual Review, Probation, Check-ins to begin with.

Any help or direction greatly appreciated,
