Hi

when a manager wants to add a goal to his employee he needs to search in the Goal Library.. when searching in the Goal library he can only search the Goal by Auto complete BUT he doesnt have the Option to click search and have advance serch

when the manager dont have the exact name of the Goal - how he will be able to serch it with autocomplete?
