Star rating on Skills and Qualification page

Can we see star rating on Skills and Qualification page within custom content section.

Hello,

We created a content section (custom section) using competency template and are using same proficiency rating model in it.

Can someone please confirm if star rating would be visible on skills and qualification page for that content section and if yes then how can we enable it. Currently, we don't see any star rating when we add some value with rating in it.
