Need to hide summary evaluation in each evaluation topic

Hello, client's need is to hide the Summary evaluation from each evaluation topic in the document.

I know that the overall section should not be deleted since we need to use talent review as calibration. But since the manager do not need to give the employee a summary evaluation for each section of the document, is it possible to hide it?
