Where can HR Specialists view ICP requests?

Our end users submit ICP requests (through Manage Personal Contributions page) which goes to Line Manager's approval as per our approval rules.

1. I want to understand whether there is any way for the HR specialists to view the values entered by employees while the transaction is ongoing? I know that the transaction console shows in progress transactions, but whether the information entered by employees can be viewed somewhere?

2. Once the Line Manager approves, where can the HR specialists view the submitted requests (other than element entries)?
