H experts,

Legislation imposes that maternity leave can either be taken in one period (in weeks) or flexibly (1st period in weeks, including weekends and public holidays), remainder in days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The total of all absences taken should not exceed 16 weeks.

I was first think of setting the type up in weeks, but apparently, for the decimal part of the week the duration takes into account weekends to (so for a mon-fri working schedule, 1 day off is considered 0,14 instead of 0,20). As conversion formulas -according to the documentation- only work for plans/types in days/hours these doesn't seem an option either, so I was wondering whether Absence Management can even meet this requirement (and if so how).  All ideas are welcome...

Howdy, Stranger!
