Importing punch data from 3rd part biometric system into oracle cloud and generating time cards with only punch in data in incomplete status

We have a requirement to generate timecards using punch data from 3rd party biometric system. Sometime the data can have only single punch in data with punch out data missing. In these cases, time cards should be generated with only start time and in incomplete status. I am aware that this is not possible with HDL load but can this be achieved by any other means?
