Hi,

I went into Me -> Career and Performance -> Career Development -> In the Development plan Section, I added a new Development goal. When I go in the Target Outcomes section and I select a particular Competency, I would like that the Goal evaluation field was populated by default with a specific value among the available ones (see the screenshot 'Target_Outcomes.PNG' that I attached). Furthermore this value is not arbitrary but it has to be related with Current Proficiency Level field. For instance in the screenshot I would like to implement this condition: IF Current Proficiency Level == 5 -
