Hello,

I have been working with a client to develop reports for this module. An issue we are currently facing is we need worker information for the person affected by the Incident Event. Let me illustrate an example:

Incident Event Details for Illness and Injury allow you to pull the following fields: Person Name, Injured Person Job Title, Person Manager Display Name. This is for the actual person(s) entered at the Incident Event level who have succumbed to illness or injury.

Client needs worker information such as department and position for this person(s). Whenever these fields are added to the report from Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time, it is always pulling information from whoever is entered as the Incident Reporter. I verified with Oracle that this is working as intended. This is an issue if the Incident Reporter and the person affected by the Illness or Injury are different. Please add additional fields for person affected by illness or injury, or the ability to use cross-subject areas with this person(s).
