How to change the text of the hyperlink in the performance notification received.

Hello,

we have a requirement to change the hyperlink text in the notification sent for an employee or manager when performance document is created or evaluated. but we are unable to find the source of hyperlink to make the chnages. can someone please help us regarding this issue.
