Detected Life events display in Evaluation & reporting

We have an interesting question. 

We have found that a detection termination life event isn't displaying in the Evaluation & Reporting > Life events area when the correct filters are applied. I am considering this may be a weird one-off situation, but there is concern that there may be other life events like this that are not displaying. The HR team uses Evaluation & Reporting daily to monitor life events and processing. If there are life events not displaying it could have some down stream affects. 

Has anyone else run into this issue?
