Generate Time Cards for a chosen HCM Group

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement for the “Generate Time Cards” process to be run daily.

In fact, our time cards are monthly, so we need a daily frequence in case of new employees joining during the month.

Here’s the path to generate the Time Cards :

• Add the “ORA_HXT_TIME_AND_LABOR_MANAGER_JOB” role to your user
• Go to My Client Groups > Time Management
• Choose “Team Time Cards” in the menu on the left side of the screen
• Click on the “Generate” button

On the top right side, we have the possibility to schedule the Time Cards generation.
