Deep Links for Leader Check-Ins

We have successfully added a deep link to the "Add a Check-In Document" where an employee is able to create their own check-in.  However, we have not been able to determine a way for the leader to provide quicker access to the page to create check-ins for their team members. Has anyone been able to accomplish this?  Do others have the same need?
