How to track/audit if Line manager has clicked 'Return to Worker' and has returned the performance document to the employee?

I am not able to find any notification that we can enable. Also enabled the audit policies for performance management but it didn't provide any details when line manager returned the performance document to the employee. Don't see any reporting option that can provide details.

We had few cases where it seems line managers have mistakenly returned the performance document and we want to audit this action.
