Job Competency in skills and qualification

To get the competency and minimum competency rating defined on the skills and qualification page

We are using the job model profile and have defined a set of competencies for each job. Although we are not able to see the competencies on the skills and qualification page, we need that all the competencies defined at the job should be visible in the skills and qualification page under the competency section.

 

Any insight will be highly helpful.
