Manager calculated ratings is not visible in Performance document after 20D upgrade.

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue where I am unable to see the manager calculate ratings and the calculate button is also invisible from manager log-In. This was working fine in 20C but seems like it stopped working in 20D.

 

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
