Enabled DFF on Performance goals doesn't display in Evaluation UI

Hi, wizards

    I have deployed DFF on HRG_Goals succesfully. Deployed DFF displays in Goal details page. But after i created a new performance document with a performance goal section and click "Evaluation" button navigate to the Goal section, there is no DFF. 

Does any on know the reason? Thanks and Regards!
