We noticed that some tasks are appearing concurrently in the Performance Document for some random users.

Hi experts,

We are facing a strange issue since more than 1 year now. An SR has been opened but not moving...

I would like to know if some of you experienced that as well.

We noticed that some tasks are appearing concurrently in the Performance Document for some random users. "Self eval" + "Manager evaluation" it is normal. But "share document" and "acknowledge" acting in parallel it is not normal.

The only way is to cancel + delete+ create again the document.
