Hello. I have a situation related to Performance Ratings and Talent Review Meetings. After the Annual Cycle for Performance Management is completed, we need the final Performance Rating to flow to Talent Review Meetings. For this, “Update Profile” option has been enabled. Once that is done, HR and Managers can see the latest Performance Rating in Talent Review Meetings. However, if the rating is changed in the Talent Review Meeting, due to the 'Update Profile' option, it allows the flow of Performance Rating from Talent Review Meeting to the “Goals and Performance Overview” page.
