Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents does not start the process to create a Performance Do

Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents does not start the process to create a Performance Document, even if we click on the refresh button the process is not visible.

Hi all,

we are trying to create multiple performance documents using Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents Task. 
We needed to create a new custom role and we added the following roles and privileges:
- Human capitol management integration specialist (role)
- Import and Load HCM Data (priv)
- Load HCM Data (priv)
- ORA_HRC_LOAD_DATA_USING_HSDL (role)
- ORA_HRC_MANAGE_HSDL_TEMPLATES (role)
- ORA_HRC_HSDL_DATA_SET_ADMINISTRATION
