Goal Library - search functionality for employees?

Hi,

We've been looking into the possibility of using the goal library so employees/managers can select set goals.

When I've enabled this the only point where employees seem to be able to select from the library goal from  is to add a new goal and to click the goal library dropdown box.

Is there another way for employees to search for goals. For example if an employee was looking for goals that all had the same catagory is there a way that the employee can search by category and filter the other goals out? Another example would be a page that the employee could go on where all of the goal library goals are listed and you can reorder these by different headings.
