Performance Template setup - does not work in Chrome or Edge only IE11

Does anyone else have this issue?  I have opened an SR with Oracle waiting to hear back  When I try to click and open a Performance Template the page crashes in Chrome or Edge, but not IE11.  We cannot use Firefox at our company so that's not an option.  I have cleared cache and both browsers are on the latest versions.  I have a similar issue in Taleo Recruiting where certain config screens only work in IE11.

My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Templates.
