Is it possible to hide Performance Documents to employees when massively created?

Hello experts,

I have noticed that eligible employees can see their performance documents immediately after being created.

The performance document template has three tasks and the employee should perform the third one; while the others are in charge of line managers.

Is there a way to make performance documents available to employees only when they should perform the third task?
