Performce Audit Rail

hi

Our customer is asking to be able to trcak all the changes that is happening for employee Do we have any place we can see the audit rail of the performance?

Meaning a place when we can see documents that was created for employee and if a document was canceled for him? eligibility changes etc....

We have such thing in the compensation BUT we are looking for the same thing in the performance?

any idea ?
