Dear Experts,
We are having a requirement not to enroll absence plans automatically to the new hire. We configured the Enrollment Start Rule as "As of event" in the Absence Plan's Participation tab.
Are there any solution/workaround to stop enrolling the new hire employees with that specific absence plan? But down the line, an employee can request for the plan and HR Admin can manually enroll the plan based on employee's request (offline process).
Would really appreciate, if anyone can guide me.
