Manager unable to View by Position

A manager is unable to view positions using My Team/My Team - View by PositionsContent
The manager has an inactive CWK assignment that ended in Feb 2020 and an active EMP/Manager assignment.
When he navigates to My Team/My Team and selects 'View by Position' nothing changes. However, when he selects his Inactive CWK title and then selects his Manager title again, the screen changes and shows Position information. The same information you would expect to see when he simply selects View by Position after first opening the My Team page.
His 'default' business title when initially opening the My Team page is his active Emp Manager title. He obviously has the privileges he needs, otherwise he wouldn't be able to view by position after the extra clicks he must take to get the screen to show position information.
