Today is the last day of our performance cycle and we've had reports of employees who have finished the last task in the process flow (for us, it's the worker final feedback task), hence completing their document, only to find that it mysteriously reopens.  The manager gets the system-generated email that it has been completed by the employee.  But at some point later, it's showing the task in a Ready status.

I met with one employee this morning to watch her walk through the process, and everything seemed to work as expected.  She submitted the task and I confirmed afterward that the document was in fact completed.  We even ran a report about an hour later that identifies all employees who had not yet completed their documents, and she was not on it.  But when I looked at her document 3 hours after we ran that report, there it was showing reopened, the WFF task in a Ready status.
