Checklist questionnaire and notification triggered according a specific answer

Hi 

I created a checklist for an Offboarding, and created a task with questionnaire to complete. 

I would like to send automotically a notification when we select a specific answer in the questionnaire. 

For example : " Are you instaifyied about our company" => If yes, send a notification to the HR. 

Below my question :

• Is it possible to trigger a specific alert / notification to HR about a specific answer ? 
• If not, is it something we could better implement by leveraging the Checklist feature later on?
