Automatically provide next task in performance review

When manager has submitted his input, can next task start automatically

The review proces contains Employee and Manger input, Conform review meeting Held, Share document and so on. 
A Manager has submitted his input, had the review meeting and entered the date. After submission, he returns to overview of workers, has to select worker and document again to Share the document, and so on.

Is there a way to improve this? Meaning if a manager has finished a step and no more action required, can the next step be presented automatically?
