Talent Review Ethnicity for US 2 or more races

We have run across a situation where we have a US employee who, in Personal Details is showing as "Black or African American" and "White".  There are no options in Oracle for US employees to choose "Two or more races" anymore.  

As a result, in the Talent review, it has placed her in the category of "White".  This obviously  is incorrect and effects our diversity reporting.  

In this situation, when it is a US employee and they have clicked 2 or more races, the Talent Review should recognize the two choices and  place those in the category of "Two or More Races", not choose one over the other.
